If you set up your account the way most people do and didn't make it "private", anything you tweet can be seen be any twitter user, even if nobody is following you. There is a public time that is most commonly accessed by people performing searches on it. Thus, if you tweet about "Bacon and Eggs", anyone who searches twitter for "Bacon and Eggs" is likely to find your tweet.
If people are following you, all of them will receive all of your tweets in their feed without even having to do a search. Give that most twitter users follow a lot of people and are exposed to hundreds of tweets a day, there is no guarantee that they will notice your tweets, but they will at least be exposed to them. If you send an @ reply to a specific twitter user, they will get the message in their feed even if they aren't following you and even if they never search for your message.
For example, if you see an interesting message from UserX, you can reply to them by starting a new tweet with "@UserX" and then should see it even if they aren't following you.
This is my bio. There are many like it but this one is mine.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
