Well, I don't think you should be thinking in terms of how much carbs you can eat in a day. It's best to stay away from them as much as possible without totally restricting them. You know, if you have a little spaghetti once a week, it's not going to kill you, but be aware of it.
Also I think the amount is different for each person. You should do the best you can with your diet.
ThankYou DanZee, I am very cautious in my diet. I was hoping to get an actual#, my Dr says 40g. If I have a, health drink which I make in the morn fresh fruit, yogurt is 46 g, only sugar was in blueberries, bananas.

Well, the Mayo Clinic says a daily limit of 50 to 150 grams of carbohydrates is typical in a low carb diet. That's a pretty wide margin. Do with it what you will!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
