No! But I really need more info. Is it in the lower back?

If you have a blown disk (pinched nerve is a misnomer), It will have to removed but with new technology, surgery is most likely unnecessary, they may be able to pound it with ultra-sound. For anything to do with the spinal cord, see a neurosurgeon, for keens and arms an orthopedic surgeon is OK. A chiropractor is not to be within 20 feet of the back of a living person.

Trigger Point Therapy Your "Pinched Nerves" are probably trigger points. They can send pain messages all over your body if you don't take care of them. There is a great book that teaches you how to find them and treat them yourself, if you can't afford a professional masseuse (And it's really hard to find one that does trigger point therapy).

I believe it's called "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook"... I used it for my BF who has chronic pain and it helped him out! 1 You would need to see a chiropractor to unpinch it.

2 I suggest you see a regular MD. I don't know of any home remedies for a pinched nerve, other than to apply heat, which will only ease the pain. A chiropractor will "manipulate" parts of your body, but will not effect a solution - just a temporary fix.

They make their money from repeated "manipulations" - so they want you to have to visit them several times.

3 Therapy, pain killers, or ice/heat to release inflammation and thus reduce pain. Chiropractors are not a good choice, they will not take care of it, they will most likely make it worst. Unfortunately for those of us that do have pinched nerves, hospitals and the like will just throw vicodine and vallium at you, makes for a fun time, but also for a very serious potential health risk.

Basically see a doctor and do not rule out surgery.

Whats a good remedy to help you stay during hotflashes.

What is a good home remedy that help stop hot flashes.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
