I am trying to find a movie title, old comedy movie around 80's about a guy who buy a car that is a scam?

I am trying to find a movie title, old comedy movie around 80's about a guy who buy a car that is a scam" Is about a guy who is about to get married, before he do that he spends almost all his money in a red sport car with all extras. He included all the extras in a chair with a button, with the saleswoman by his side (very sexy). When he is trying his new car, it starts to malfunction and he notice it was a scam.

He fall in love with the sales woman, and then he met a mechanic that was fired from the car company (Voltaire something like that). Then he, the saleswoman and the mechanic make a plan to destroy the company by putting bombs on it. In some part of the movie he also ate like a very spicy food and get a bad case of diarrhea or something like that.

Other tips:The brand of the car is like Voltaire or something with VThe father of the bride wants him to work on his company that have something to do with excrement ( I think)The saleswoman has short hair. When he call someone to pick up his car, the tow car pickup his car totally vertical floating around there.
