You generally negotiate that with the person who hires you - make sure that you have, in your mind, what your needs will be so that you can tell the employer what those are NOW before you are hired.

There are all questions you should have asked the person who interviewed you. I guess it would depend on if you are babysitting for a private indivual or some kind of a babysittiing service. In a private situation it would pretty much revolve around the work schedule of the mother I would assume.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
