I bought Metal Gear solid 1 and MGS II and I want to play them to the end on my ps3?

Oh hell yeah its still good, and I can't believe you haven't played! You can buy Metal Gear Solid 1 from the PS3 PSN Store, its on there for $10. Yeah Its an old PS1 game and its definitely dated by todays standards but it was way ahead of its time when it came out in 1998 and it is widely regarded as possibly the best PS1 game ever.

The story is amazing, there are many plot twists, great characters, great villains and fun boss fights, some which will require you to think outside of the box. This is the perfect game to use to introduce yourself to the Metal Gear Series. But be warned that each Metal Gear Solid game has a ALOT of cutscenes so if you are one of those people who don't like games with almost as many cutscenes as there is actual gameplay then this is so not the series for you.

But if you enjoy it regardless, then buy the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, its $40 wherever you look, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops which is also on the PSN Store for $10, and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots, its $20, but its getting hard to find now, so you might have to buy it online. Also the story can be a little complicated so make sure you are paying attention when the cutscenes are rolling. Here is the storyline order of the Metal Gear Solid games: 1.) Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (1964) 2.) Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (1970) 3.) Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (1974) 4.) Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes (?) 5.) Metal Gear Solid 5 (?) 6.) Metal Gear (1995) 7.) Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (1999) 8.) Metal Gear Solid (2005) 9.) Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2007- 2009) 10.) Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots (2014) 11.) Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (2018) MGS3 - MGS Ground Zeroes are prequels in which you play as Big Boss/Naked Snake, everything else is the main storyline, in which you play as Solid Snake, the series overall main character and Big Boss's son.

Just incase you are confused about MGS Ground Zeroes and MGS5, Ground Zeroes was announced just a few weeks ago and it will be a prologue to Metal Gear Solid 5, which will also be a prequel but will instead be starring Solid Snake (that was confirmed by Hideo Kojima the creator of the series himself back in June). Ground Zeroes will most likely come out either 2014 - 2015 (unfortunately) and MGS5 will be on the Next - Gen consoles. And Metal Gear Rising (which comes out next year) is a Hack N Slash spinoff that stars Raiden, a character who was introduced in MGS2.

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops is also on the PSN Store for $10, it and MGS Peace Walker were originally for the PSP. But don't play it until after you beat MGS3 from the HD Collection. Speaking of the HD Collection, Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake are included with the HD Collection and are on MGS3 Snake Eater's Main Menu, making the HD Collection technically 5 MGS Games instead of just 3.

They originally came out for the MSX in 1987-1990, so they're kinda ancient by todays standards, so if you YouTube them and see the gameplay and don't want to play them then that's fine, but at least look up them up on the Wikipedia and then read the stories of both games because the events that took place in both games are canon to the storyline. Also I want to show you the new Metal Gear games coming out in the future, hopefully these will further inspire you to get into the series. Here are two trailers for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, coming out February 19th, 2013.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
