Only if the tv has rca inlets for both audio and video (most do). You can get a cable to rca adapter at Radio Shack or the like.

You'll need an external tuner. Then you plug it in through the auxiliary input jacks. (those are the three red/white/yellow plugs - what maggo is referring to as RCA jacks)many old VCRs can do this; and it was how I ran my last TV, which also had the cable jack broken off.

You might just need to go to Radio Shack and bu a crimping tool to fix it. Or just call your cable company, provided you're not stealing the cable.
