Just try dancing alot. Once every two weeks have a night where you just dance. You do make sure the carbs and sugar are low on thing s and not the calories.
Even when you get a starbucks or something get the light version... they have it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
