Yes the door is open LOL Went out to the garage to have a smoke and there he was just looking at me! LOL I asked what he was doing, no answer he just moved closer! I asked if he wanted to leave so I opened the door but he just stood there.

I understand that its cold outside but he can't stay in the garage not with the dogs going in there to go out into the yard. I don't want to take the dogs out in fear the little will have a heart attack.. Import a cat. The cat will scare the bird. Of course, if you stopped smoking you wouldn't have confronted the problem.

Aww the poor thing! You are right,,I'm trying. I quit for 6 months and then.... ArabianKnightress 9 months ago .

Just leave the door open he will eventually go. Last week my daughter woke up to tapping on her shoulder. When she opended her eyes it was a bird!

I kid you not a bird. LOL Anyways it flew away and she had to chase it around the house with a broom and led it to an open window. We figured out later that she had opened a vent behind the stove to get the smell of fish out and it didn't have anything there.

I am not afraid of birds, but put me in a room with a trapped one and I will be flipping out.

LOL, thats too funny! I've heard this happen before :) The door is still open and he hasn't left yet..Maybe its visiting for awhile and then he'll go :) I'm fine as long as he doesn't swoop on me. I have way too much hair!

LOL, I am afraid because once when at my brothers he let his bird out of the cage and the first thing it swooped on was me! I grabbed a pillow and told my brother to put that bird back in the cage or next time it will be crushed.

LMAO! OMG! That happened to me with the bat!

It was at night. I grabbed my daughter and locked us both in the bedroom! Locked hubby out so he could deal with the bat!

After all it was his fault for cutting open the ceiling and leaving it for the next day just because I told him to cover it up! Now who is bitching!? Ha!

Deal with it! LMAO! ArabianKnightress 9 months ago .

LOL you did exactly what I would of done. Heeeehehee don't you just love not being a man.

LOL, You got that right ;) No reason for me to take care of it when he was home LOL :) ArabianKnightress 9 months ago .

By the way the bird left! He is in bushes now :) ArabianKnightress 9 months ago .

Yes, leaving the door open is good. Also turn off the lights. Cover up or open windows so the bird doesn't fly into glass.

If you must, get a broom and move it around getting closer and closer to the bird from a distance. The bird will see the approaching broom and move on its own accord. Start from a distance so the bird does not panic.

If the bird can get out on its own, what not share the space with it for a short while. He knows the dogs can't fly! .

Good idea! I do have two windows in there..I also opened the backyard door. Maybe its too cold outside.

Its nice and sunny and warm in the garage..He's welcome to stay as long as he wants :) ArabianKnightress 9 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
