I have 2 desktop computers connected to the same modem to access internet. Suddenly one of them stop having internet?

I have 2 desktop computers connected to the same modem to access internet. Suddenly one of them stop having internet... access. I change the cables and it was not it.

Whenever I try to open internet explorer it won't work and the Norton antivirus is open and then it advise me that it needs internet connection to proceed which doesn't seem to have. However when I go to control panel and Network and internet and then network and sharing center it seems to me that THERE IS internet connection. Can someone help me to figure it out what is wrong?
