I have a NS-LCD 32 TV by Insignia. No power just a LED light. What could be wrong My son tried to shut it off and it wouldn't.
He unplugged it from the wall waited about 1/2 hr. Plugged it back in and tried to turn it on, only the LED light would come on and to get the LED light to shut off, I had to keep hitting the off button on the TV. The main unit was replaced in February any ideas that anyone can give me?

Power supply section may be faulty . Power adapter cable may be faulty . The fuse of TV may be burnt due to high voltage or the LED may be faulty .

I've had my desktop computer for about one year now. It is an Acer Aspire E380. On Saturday ..... I've had my desktop computer for about one year now.It is an Acer Aspire E380.
On Saturday afternoon, it was going a bit slow so I decided to restart it. However, once it turned off, it will no longer turn on and boot up. The power button usually lights up, but now it does not.
But, the decorative words "Aspire" at the bottom of the tower still lights up. The DVD drive still opens, and a few lights blink on start up as usual. The screen is blank.
All of the fans seem to go, except for one. It is the one in the center of the computer on top of a group of metal prongs. It spins upon power up but stops. The power supply fan runs, the other fan runs too.
I have made sure everything is plugged in, and tried plugging it into different outlets. I can't boot from a CD, the keyboard doesn't turn on and neither does the mouse. As far as starting up goes, everything sounds normal.
No beeps or clicks to hint at harddrive failure. Sometimes when I try to start it up nothing comes on but the center fan on the metal prongs (the one that would run for only a few seconds) goes on full blast until Sources: en.kioskea.net/forum/affich-27227-comput... .
If it was purchased within the past year then we can send it to our service centers free of charge. NemesysEvolved05-31-06, 11:14 AM(TV TURNS OFF BY ITSELF)So basically my moms tv will not turn on anymore. There is nothing whatsoever wrong with the power outlet or power bar.
Now this is the really wierd part, so bare with me ill keep is as understandable as possible. When the tv is off, a red light stays lit naturally like on any tv set, to let you know there is power going through it. Anyways, when you turn this tv on the red light turns to blue- This is what it did when it worked properly.
But now, I don't know what happened but the tv will not turn on. When I press power, the red light turns to blue for a second, but then the tv turns itself off,(no jokes here) and the red light goes back on. But now, the red light stays on constantly.
You see before when the tv worked, the red light would flash on and off, when the tv was off, now its just one steady light. I don't know if the red light has anythin to do with the problem I just though Id mention it for all possible input. So basically, the tv doesn't stay on, it turns itself off every time.
I tried turning on manually from the tv, and with the remote with no luck. It would be greatly appreciated if one of yous could help. The tv is a 32 inch widescrn Insignia, IS-LCDTV32 I believe is the name.

If it was purchased within the past year then we can send it to our service centers free of charge for repair/replacement. If the service center deems it unrepairable (cost more than 75% of purchase price to repair) then you will be exchanged for a unit of comparible quality. I would suggest asking for the NS-32LCD - this years 32" Insignia with a ATSC tuner and HDMI input.
I own one of these personally - great TV (Still buy the service plan). So yesterday I bought one of these TV's for $599.00 (web special with pickup at the store). To my surprise the set has a RS-232 port.
Would you know where to get the codes for it? I have my PC hooked up to it anyway, might as well control it from the PC. As to quality, I agree with the poster who said the blacks are not very black.
The analog VGA input is OK at native resolution. Computer graphics look very much like on my 17" LCD computer monitor. It's a budget panel.
And yes, at the store they were feeding it RF signal from a standard cable box. The more expensive sets next to it were being fed HD programming which made them look 10 times better. But, once provided with a good signal this TV is quite decent.
Nothing like the true HD Sonys, but still very passable. I put mine on "soft" picture setting and this made it look a bit richer with darker shadows. Overall, as a bedroom TV this is one is a good choice.

NS-LCD 32 TV by Insignia. No power just a LED light LED light and buffer questionJust a question which I'm sure you've all dealt with before. When burning sometimes the LED light goes from red to yellow, it never does it for long, but always coincides with the fact that sometimes my used read buffer level drops down to nothing.
The buffer level itself generally stays up around the 98-100% mark, but the used buffer is a different matter. This doesn't happen al the time, just occasionally and normally in the first stages of copying the dvd. The burned dvd always plays fine, so it doesn't interfere with producing a good copy, just wondering if there's a reason for this and if it may cause me trouble in the future.
And of course if there's a way to fix it? Thanks. Sources: club.cdfreaks.com/f48/led-light-buffer-q... .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
