Hi there This sounds like a typical case of just plugging a new all-in-one in, turning the power on and seeing if it works. An all in one printer-scanner-copier needs drivers to be installed for each function. Windows probably will have generic drivers to allow the printer to work.
The software inside the all-in-one allows the copying operation. What seems to be missing are the scanning drivers that allow the scanner to transfer the image to your computer. The easiest way to fix this is to uninstall the all-in-one from your computer.
You can uninstall by opening up the hardware folder and right-clicking and selecting "uninstall". When it asks "are you sure" click "yes". Next shutdown your computer, unplug the USB cable from the all-in-one and restart your computer.
Finally reinstall your all-in-one by following the directions in the manual that came with your all-in-one. You should even have a "Quick start" diagram for doing this. After properly installing your all-in-one it should work as advertised.
Hope this helps Al.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
