I have an e-Book I have written. I don't use any publisher and I don't want to. Will I be able to sell my book through the new iBook Store?

The Amazon kindle is the best e-book reader on the market. With 8 weeks battery life, connection to Amazon Prime, and a capacity to hold over 100,000 books, you will be excited. Get it now!

There might be the possibility of self-publishing to the iPad's iBook store. However that's just speculation at the moment. The format, for any ibook publication, is ePub.At the moment only five of the six major publishers have signed on for distribution through the iBook store.

It's still unknown on whether or not you'll be able to self-publish through it, though in theory it could work if you have the coding savvy to make a readable ePub file. If you are interested in self-publishing an ebook though, there is a "for sure" method to publish and distribute on the Kindle. As for the Barnes & Noble Nook, there is the possibility for that as well, even though it is unclear as how. Apparently Smashwords has an agreement with Barnes & Noble.

There is a strong likelihood that you will. Upon the recent release of the Kindle device Amazon. Com made clear its intention to make every single book that has ever been published available for purchase / download within its online Kindle store, including all self-published titles.

They now have a very easy system in place, where publishers (as long as they have a US-based bank account) can make their book available via that medium by following just a few simple steps. Amazon realise they have little or nothing to lose here, as there is no financial investment / commitment required on their part. If an e-book sells, they make some money; if it doesn't sell, they don't lose any money.

I imagine that all the Kindle's competitors, including the iPad / iBooks store, will eventually, or even immediately, adopt similar policies. The only caveat might be that your book may need to be assigned an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) in order to become eligible for publication in the first place. (This is the number that is used for the barcoding / registration etc.Of traditional books).

In this event, information on acquiring one of these numbers can be found here: http://www.isbn.org All in all, with e-readers still very much a growth technology, and their parent companies keen to make as many book titles available as possible, and as quickly as possible, we might find iBooks, the Kindle Store and the others to be surprisingly welcoming to self-publishing authors during the immediate future.

Check out this web site about self publishing your book on iBookStore. It looks like they have an upcoming book detailing the submission process.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
