I have been trying to conceive for about 2months now,to my suprise I feel so pregnant have all the signs except am still having my period?

If you're still having periods and all the tests are negative then it's very unlikely that you're pregnant yet. Don't worry too much, the inability to become pregnant isn't considered a problem until the couple has been trying for a year or so. Sometimes it's just bad timing!
