I have dell computer dimension e 310 ,and virus block , computer can not boot to window xp , I try to fomat the hard drive , it didn't work?

When boot screen comes up hit f10 key make sure no disc is in. This will bring up system or try alt + f10 here can try to reboot system by selecting the boot option.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
