Thanks Well I actually didn't have enough room but its suppose to be I have heard that it is better for your dog to have (ONE) litter before nueturing or spaying them or they will become really fiesty?

It's not necessarily that they will become feisty or anything like that, but basically it's to let your dog have the experience of having puppies. Every female of any species should be able to experience that. But it's not necessary.

Anyway in the bible Genesis 1:24 animals were created before humans soo honestly to all the people who don't care out there and say get em' spayed! Absolutely NOT true! It's actually better for the dog to be neutered or spayed BEFORE they reach "adolescence" or the equivalent of doggie puberty. The earlier the better!

It's BECAUSE we care about animals that we would get ours SPAYED or NEUTERED. Giving those puppies away would be hard- and you never know if the people you give them to will abuse them or end up having a litter of puppies and then bagging them up and dumping them in a lake to drown, or beaten to death, or dropped off in a shelter where they can be adopted by very mean people. Or euthanized when they aren't adopted...It's a cruel world out there, don't subject innocent little lives to God knows what... You cannot guarantee that the puppies your dog produces will not be abused by the people you sell or give them away to.

If she's 1 year 2 months old she's already been in heat, get her spayed now, you were lucky she didn't meet up with a male. Dogs can come into heat as early as 5 months old. Dogs should have one litter before being spayed.

ALL they know is an instinctual drive to mate, they have NO idea what so ever that what they are doing is making babies. Stop humanizing animals, they do not think as humans do. People like you really scare me, people like you is why we have a huge pet over population problem.

Talk to your vet about spaying, talk to the people working at shelters, talk to trainers, talk to breeders, they will ALL tell you the same thing we have here. Because there are soooo many kids waiting to be adopted. Even before I had the hysterectomy I had decided I would adopt my first 2 kids, then MAYBE have 1 of my own. I never did, I'm over 50 now, and not being able to have kids was never an issue.
