I think you may have what used to be called Auto Motion Plus enabled. We used to call it the effect Soap Opera Effect, not sure what it's called anymore as my tv is a little older than yours. But try to find the setting in advanced video settings which relates to the soap opera effect.

Do a search for your exact model and that phrase and you should find how to disable it. It attempts to smooth out the picture and in the process causes the effect you reference.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
