I just got hired as a ups driver helper for the whole entire holiday season!?

I've had two women bosses before. One was great the other was like a comando style manager demanding tasks to be done in 10 minutes when they usually take 20-30 minutes. She would complain and tell me that I'm too slow if I couldn't get it done on time.

The one that was great, she actually seamed to care about me and the tasks I did for her. Men often yell too much or underestimate you if you're a female employee.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
