1 I am also in Utah. I use a weed-n-feed type fertilizer and it works well against the dandelions. If you have neighbors that have lots of them then you will need to use just the poison for weeds once you have fertilized.

Check with the local garden store to see what's recommended in your area, but it'll probably be some herbicide with 2,4-D in it. They'll help you pick the right herbicide for your lawn. It's getting a little late in the season, since they've already sprouted and are spreading seeds, but better late than never.

You'll have to do it again next year to kill the seeds being spread this year. You can kill individual dandelions in troublesome places with Roundup, which is great stuff but it kills everything.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
