It sounds like you are doing a good job with her, that chattering and vibrating is her way of telling you how much she likes you and what you are doing. Guinea pigs are prey animals so when they are in the cage and you go to grab at them the first thing they think of is a big bird coming to get them as they have very bad eye sight and have not learned who your are yet. Try the towel trick with her, it might help calm her.
Go to my You Tube site and view The Towel Trick. http://www.youtube.com/user/GuineaPigPer... Wrap your guinea pig in a towel and lie it on your chest while you are watching TV, reading a book or listening to music, guinea pigs love music. Set it on your lap while you are on the computer, my Miya loves the sound of the keyboard and purrs to it!
Carry your guinea pig about the house with you as you do your day, guinea pigs adore doing your day with you. Talk softly to it and pet the towel thus you are petting the guinea pig through the towel. After about 2 weeks of doing this for about 2 hours a day your guinea pig will have bonded to you, you are its companion.
It will be excited to see you come into the room. The great thing is you have achieved this with out giving your guinea pig any extra time you simply invited into your daily routine. At this point you may not need to use the towel, however, some guinea pigs do get attached to their towel as my Miya did.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
