I work with the same sort of group - Jr gh students We play a lot of games as part of our PhysEd Unlimited Frisbee is one of the favorite games - it's kind of like soccer, but with frisbees instead - but we have rules. Guys and girls more or less equal numbers on teams - pass of the frisbee must always be girl to guy, guy to girl - steal by the other team must also be the same - if the teams' last steal was by a girl, the next one must be a boy - and so on. Also, once one person handles the frisbee, at least 4 other people must handle it before they can handle it again, which gets everyone involves.

Teams receive an extra point if everyone on the team handles the frisbee on a goal run - Oh yeah, important - defenders must stay 3 steps from the frisbee holder and minimum frisbee toss is 2 feet. You must stop when you are holding the frisbee. Ok - want a game everyone had to shower after?

We play the same game with many things - football, huge beachballs - but the FAVORITE among my class is playing it with Spam - opened, of course. It's nasty - but showers afterward. Clothes are done after it, but it is a hoot, and of course, everyone runs around.
