This is normal When ordering from Amazon you have to check before ordering to see if it is actually Amazon merchandise. Some of their items come from outside sources and have their own shipping and return policies. I find when Amazon is not doing the actual shippiong It takes longer to get items.

Also some times the shipping charges can be out of sight from other companies on Amazon! Lately, I have been ordering merchandise strickly from Amazon. Once I ordered a Bean Bag Chair for my toddler grandson and did not pay attention to the other company shipping charges and cancellation policy.

Twenty minuites after ordering, I noticed that the $49 Bean bag chair was costing $25 shipping. When I saw the total price of the item I emailed the company and they said they could not cancel the item once ordered on line. If I wanted to send it back after receiving it They would give me a store credit for their site.

Lets just say I learned the hard way to be careful when ordering an item on Amazon. Amazon stands behind their merchandise and I have never had a problem. I have use Amazon ever since they went on line years ago!.
