If it is, it usually dries fairly fast. One of the most common problems with paint not drying is putting too much on too fast. You need to allow the proper flash time between coats.
Not allowing the the paint to flash may cause the top coats to dry and not allow the underneath paint not dry. I had this happen one time, but it was with base coat/clear coat. I had to strip and repaint.
I would ask your paint supplier for help. Ask to read the technical data sheet to learn more about the product. I hope this help.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
