I tried to reprogram 2 different remotes after they stopped working and I changed the batteries?

. It could be two things going on here. First check this...look at the wall switch.Is the light in the switch flashing?

If it is..hold the lock button down for a few seconds and release it. The light should be solid then. The lock button.

Locks out the remote controls, but allows the wall button to still operate the door.. If this isnt the case..clear the logic board of memory..do this by holding the learn button in for about 20 seconds..then take a remote press and release the learn button, while holding down a remote control button..you will hear a click..its programmed. :-) Do the same with the other remote..let me know if you still have problesm...Joe.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
