Call your agent. If you have, in fact used it up, then NO you can't use your wife's coverage. It is hers and the carrier does not transfer the coverage to the spouse.

Perhaps, if you can enroll in your wife's plan. You will have to deal with waiting periods if you want work the dentist to fix your teeth now and also there are pre existing conditions that may limit you depending on your wife's health plan rules. Lastly, there is an issue of who pays.
