I want easy way to immigrate to new zealand , without ielts test , I am civil engineer my wife engineer too?

No being funny but it depends where you are from. New Zealand has a big problems recognising overseas qualifications. I have a guy working for me who was a civil engineer in the Phillipines and now works a despatcher in a warehouse.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
