Seriously, perhaps your return was pulled for a audit, or something was wrong - they couldn't read your SS number, or something was not figured right.

I had a tax preparer do the work. Irs would not give reason, only that it was fixed, but to wait the entire 3 weeks...do they have to tell me? Or give me a code to tell my tax guy?

They don't have to tell you anything, and I don't know what code you are talking about - but they don't have to tell your tax guy anything, either. I filed online and had my direct deposit in 9 days - and it was early, like Gary's.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
