I was wondering are original cheerios okay to eat as a vegan?

Most people don't know what protein is. If you stop people on the street and ask them "What's a protein?" one out of five people will fumble around and be unable to answer straight. Or they will simply say "Oh, the stuff that's in meat and makes your muscles big" which is not only a poor description, but inaccurate.

If most people don't know what a protein is, they can't be expected to understand how they're made, where they come from and what they're used for. It's not necessarily an anti-vegan thing. It's just a poor education thing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
