I'm not sure exactly what your question is. Are you looking for work? Or are you looking for help?
One solution might be a Mother's Helper. I don't know where you're located, but there are often homeschooled teens looking for daytime jobs (because homeschooling doesn't take all day). The homeschooled teens I happen to know are reliable and trustworthy.
Keep in mind that you can probably find a homeschooled teen of your own beliefs; there are homeschoolers from just about every religious and ethnic background. It is a stereotype that they're all fundamentalist Christians. You can most likely find someone you're comfortable with.
This Mother's Helper would then help take care of your babies. You would probably need to get at least two different people because these teens would likely not be able to be there 8-5; they DO have schoolwork to do. Plus you'd need coverage if one was sick.
Another idea you could add to the mix would be an "adoptive grandparent". There are many older people who live a good distance from their own grandkids, or have no grandkids of their own. There are even organizations for this in some areas.
But many times they're found through social connections or through a church/temple or other religious gathering. Your local hospital might be able to tell you if there is an organized adoptive grandparents group in your area. If it's someone you meet through your religious group, generally you become friends first.
Then you'd invite them to the kids' birthday parties, maybe some holiday events, and gradually see about the babysitting part. If it is the work from home part you need help with, please ask another question and I'll answer that one, too.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
