For the same reason you can't get Amazon to send you a free printed book of the same name... You have to buy it. They are not in the business of giving things away for free. They have to pay the authors/publishers a fee for each electronic version sold, so they have to pass that along to you and make a profit in the process..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
