If a cat pees on your mom, the mom should take a shower with soap......if the cat pees outside the litter box all the time, never using a litter box, the cat should be surrendered or put outside. Gross.

Windex lightly and paper towels or a regular towel.

If you believe Windex window cleaner will clean off cat urine then I doubt you know that kitty litter has to be cleaned every single, solitary day for a cat to use it. Empty it out. Into the trash outside.

Clean it with extremely hot water, bleach and detergent..dry it really well. Put in brand new litter. Jingle Belle will use it.

Next; The ONLY thing that will remove urine, feces, vomit, spew, saliva or semen from an animal or human is a uric acid enzyme remover. That's IT. Nothing else.

Not Mr. Clean. Not Shout. Not Fairy-Up.

Pet Co or Pet Smart sell products like she needs. They are usually called Urine Gone Enzyme Remover or Zero Urine Off Enzyme remover. They will 100% remove the smell and a stain.

Any pet supply store will carry these products and can be found in the pet accident isle. - The other place to try is a medical supply store and some pharmacies carry these products. People with bed wetting children or incontinent adults, or anything in-between.. The best one is Urine Eraser and it's about $16.00 for a huge jug of it.

It completely removes all traces of urine and feces, etc. It's less expensive to purchase these types of products at a medical supply store vs a pet supply store for some reason and you'll get more of it at the medical stores. A good one is Urine Eraser Uric Acid Enzyme Remover (800) 998-7750 www.justhomemedical.com - Other Medical supply stores carry similar products, so if you have one close-by then buy what they have. Dollar store products are not the same thing and won't remove the stain or smell so don't waste the dollar.

Get the RiGHT stuff, and you know it will work. If you Mickey Mouse this and try to use a bunch of detergents from under the sink, and then start using bleach or other chemicals..you'll ruin the clothing and never get the smell out. Now..go clean the cat box.

If your mom was wearing the new in-style lady gaga plexi glass dress then, yes you should use the Windex. But I don't recommend it for any pee-related cleanup. So I think the Lysol will work best, it will also give it a fresh lemon scent!

But, you do need to remember that after using the Lysol you should wash the clothes, then spray some frebreeze on the stained spot (just to make sure your mom doesn't smell anymore like pee then your great aunt mary on the holidays) P.S. Train your cat.

Your mom will have to wait till tomorrow to clean herself and even then she should use bleach.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
