If I am a British citizen studying abroad (PhD in the USA), do I count as 'present and settled' in the UK?

There is no funding for UK citizens wishing to study abroad. The closest you will get is a year abroad package as part of a British university course and Physio is not the kind of degree that will offer this. Look at it this way, why should the British taxpayer fund your studies at an overseas university, especially with the intention to remain there permanently?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
