He would have to apply for a spouse visa (approx 600 pounds) with - your supporting bank statements for the last few months - his supporting bank statements - proof of being able to support yourselves without UK benefits (this will rise shortly to a minimum income as well of 18-26K/yr) - proof of a place with permission for both of you to live together (written permission) - proof of genuine relationship - not just a marriage certificate so common address and addressed mail for the last few years common bank account maybe Photos over the last few years of your relationship Oh, and as this is an application just before a visa will run out, it will be looked at for visa fraud - i.e. Much more closely than if you had done it a while back,.
