Then it gets thrown into the 'undecided' bin, and after two-three days, if there has been a 'best answer' vote, it gets awarded. If still nothing happens, it stays in the 'undecided' bin until someone cares to cast a vote.

They are long-term, but if you provide quality answers, you are adding knowledge to Mahalo, and earning a few dimes in the process. If you answer them, just to get them out of the way, you're not helping Mahalo.

There's no obligation at all to answer these, or for that matter any other, questions So if you want to answer them for a) the fun of it, b) because you are interested in them, c) to pick up the points or the tips, then go for it. It helps clean out the out unanswered questions. It also means a cleaner, brighter Mahalo and money in your coffers.

I like to do some clearing myself. If a question is un-voted and you vote it could help someone collect a tip. If a question is unanswered and you answer it helps the person who asked the question.

No, it doesn't help anyone. It just encourages more Twitter imports. If enough pile up maybe Mahalo will stop them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
