If I buy via kindle a audiobook CD I would like to then copy onto my PC to then transfer onto my Kindle. Can I do this? Asked by redspiral 10 months ago Similar questions: buy kindle audiobook CD copy PC transfer Kindle Amazon > Kindle.
If you buy an audio book for kindle you're buying it from audible.com. I use audible regularly and I assume what is true for me will be true for you. Once you own a book on audible it's yours forever.
You can upload it to a computer and put it on your kindle and you can load it again to other devices and if you delete it on your computer you can upload it again. It's yours. I believe you can have 6 active devices at one time but you can delete devices and add new ones.
I've never put MP3's on my kindle. I don't think it accepts that format but I can't be 100% positive about it. Have you put MP3;s on your kindle before?
I thought the kindle had a proprietary format and didn't accept other formatted files. Give it a try and see if it works. Then let me know.
Yes I have managed to load music and audiobooks onto my Kindle. They all get stored into the music folder. You have to then transfer to the Kindle.
Click on play Mp3 and it is stored there. The only problem is that it does not sort it in any particular order, so if you are listenening to an audiobook you will not necessrily know which chapter you are up to. I suppose the way around this is to load one disc at a time, listen, delete and load on the next.It was trial and error.
I am still trying to see if I can get an audiobook to be listed as audible and have it show in the same way as audible downloads. Thanks redspiral 10 months ago .
Well and actual Audible.com audio book is created & formated a special way, so that your Audible.com compatible device can display the book info in the format that your used to. This cannot be done with an CD based audiobook. And as you have said, Kindle does play MP3 files just fine, but unfortunately it only does so, randomly, there is no control of this feature. So, your only options are to load your books, one disc/chapter at a time, or do some extensive audio editing and put all the disc's onto your computer and then compile all the different tracks together into one giant track (hopefully your Kindle will have enough "disk"space to hold this giant track).
Yes, you can. There is the function called Synchronization (Sync). It makes all item synchronized between different devices.
PC could be such device if Kindle for PC have been installed on it. To find more answers about using Kindle read blogkindle.com/kindle-faq com/kindle-faq.
Sorry for misleading but I have to say that my advise does not work. Synchronization works only with bookmarks, notes, highlights, and furthest page read.
How can I transfer my books from my pc to kindle.
How do I copy and paste with Kindle on my PC.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
