If I made a statement to a Social Worker about a possible child abuse case can that Social Worker re?

Any statement you make to a Public Official, the social worker in this case, in regards to an investigation, anything you say can be used as evidence in a legal matter. It is best to only report facts and if there is abuse, help the children out.

Well, you got about six months to a year before they'll get anywhere near the kids, so there's plenty of time to think about it. If you are having second thoughts about your statement you should contact the social worker and tell them so. If there is no abuse there is no concern.

If there is, let them handle it.

They can use it. But, where I am anyway, it is anonymous. They do not want to endanger the people who report to them.

If you are worried you can always call the worker or the worker's supervisor.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
