For me it's mayonnaise. It's sandwich grease, plain and simple. Wanna take a reasonable good for you turkey sandwich and make it bad for you...add some mayo.
Chefs are doing all sorts of things to try to change it from just the pure grease (aka, plain mayo) to slightly better tasting grease (aka, chipotle mayo), but I'll take any other condiment instead.
