If you defeat Israel in every war, why is its territory today bigger than in 1948?

Egypt is one of the strongest countries in the middle east, and it plays an important part in the politics there, if the revolution in Egypt worked, it would inspire everyone in the middle east to revolt against their governments and overthrow dictatorships, which is something they DON'T want. Mubarak is very friendly towards Israel, he doesn't get involved too much, or have a strong opinion when it comes to Israel- Palestinian issues. He provides them with Gas and other natural resources with veryyy low prices....which is one of the reasons why 40% of Egyptians are so poor, Mubarak is simply like a puppet, he does everything the US and Israel want him to do.

So him/ his regime, being gone, will hurt Israel's interests. Egypt and Israel also have a peace treaty..they're scared it will be gone when Mubarak is gone. If you ask me, this is very hypocritical, because Mubarak oppresses his people and I thought Israel and the US were all about Freedom :P Simply, it's because of their interests... Well, Israel shouldn't worry, even if Mubarak is gone, Egyptians have no interest in going to war with Israel.

They just care about Egypt, foreign relations isn't something that they care about whatsoever right now.

Because egypt is the strongest arab country in the area. Plus it seems that some arab leaders are afraid that their ppl may turn against them, As for isreal..i dk why the heck gt would be afraid rather it is opportunity to attack egypt under any reason as did with palastine under the name Of promised land lol.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
