If given a choice between taking a cruise alone or cooking Christmas dinner for family, I would choose the former. I have been busy lately with work and I miss preparing dinner for my family. I love planning the menu for them.
I am very happy to see my two daughters faces light up whenever they see their favorite desserts that I have prepared for them. For me having dinner on Christmas eve is the perfect experience that I wouldn't want to replace, not even for a cruise. I want my daughters to remember the fun we are going to have starting with dinner and opening of gifts afterwards.
I want them to pass it on to their families in the future if they are going to have one. For being with the family is the best way to celebrate the most joyous season of all.
I would cook for my family cause I would like to pay back to my mom.
I love cruising. I do prefer to travel most of time and stay on Mahalo...haha So, I do stick to cruise liners going to Italy(Venice )next day going to Malta..Greece and Island(Reykjavik)..Wow.. I feel like anything .. thank you for the trip To stay in the family sounds good but ,celebrating Christmas on board of the Crew Ships ..unlimited fun ..with friends& Mahalo.
Cooking Christmas dinner for my family, no contest. I love my family and I love to cook for them. I missed cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year and I think that I'm going to take over the kitchen for Christmas.
And especially in this day and economy, the simple things are worth more than something extravagant. I'd rather be with my family and surrounded by the traditions than alone on a cruise ship. As I said before, no contest.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
