I would be frustrated with a video resume. When a paper resume comes across a person's desk or pops up in an email, it is easy to skim over it to see if that person has the right qualifications for the position. If it is a video resume, one must take the time to watch the whole thing.
At a busy office, taking the time to watch a video is a waste of productivity. There is also no way to refer back to it when discussing it with other workers unless the video is played again. I feel it would be a nuisance.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
