I'm 14 and I recently got caught shoplifting in Georgia , the price was only $15 and I have no criminal record . What penalties will I face?

Parents house parents rules. She has no legal standing on destroying your stuff. Your mom doesn't want you to have broken stuff she just wants you to listen to her and actually do your chores like a good roommate would and don't try and pretend that your mom isn't giving you the family discount on the rent.

If you don't want to do what mom says and don't want her critiquing your social events then move out. In the midwest you can pay as little as $2,400.00 a year in rent for a house so if you can't afford to move out where you are perhaps moving to a cheaper area of the country will help.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
