It is very likely you are experiencing Tendonitis. I had the same issue in high school while in track and field. Try filling a Dixie cup with water and freezing it then holding the ice part in your knees and ankles until it's numb.
Knee compression braces and ace bandaging your ankles outside of practice and games will help with the information. You will be fine. Just remember to ice a lot and talk to the school sports therapist just so they are aware of the issue.
There's nothing wrong with your weight, unless you are under 5'7". If you are under that height, depending on your body fat percentage, there is a possibility that may be part of the problem. But that is very unlikely for someone of your age okay?
Good luck! I hope it works out well! If the pain is unbearable even after trying these tips, see your doctor.
You weigh 13.5 stone! That is the size and weight of a grown man, NOT a teenager. No wonder you have pain in the legs - running around and carrying all the excess weight!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
