Im a 20 year old girl joining the air force reserve. Scored a 35 on my ASVABs. What kind of jobs should I look into?

My sister's girl did civil engineering....her son did EMT in the air force reserves.

Look for something in healthcare. You will have a much easier time getting a job when you get out of the air force.

If you are in the reserves, you will only get credit for the time you are on ACTIVE duty, so go for Computers and, as Turbo said medical Computer, and Medical equipment training will give you good job on outside. You may also consider Criminal (MP'S) investigation, that is a Civil Service Job also that will count with your military time. And women are doing well in and on Police forces.

Continue your college courses no matter what...... you must have it to get any kind of a well paying job on the outside.

If you scored a 35 on your ASVAB then you do not qualify to join the Air Force. You have to have a 36 or higher. There are waivers possible, but they take very very few people if any with a score that low, especially right now when we are overmanned.

I would recommend buying an ASVAB study guide or getting one at the library and re-taking the test before you even talk to a recruiter. You can try getting into the Army, Marines or Navy though, they all have lower ASVAB requirements. Htm.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
