It is completely normal to feel this way. I did swim as a sport and it was from 3:45 until 7:30 monday through thursday. Plus I was in leadership, fashion club, and always with my friends.
I would stay to try to stay relaxed because it really does get better. You have to trust me on that. Do not give up because you are making yourself a healthier person.
I understand where you are is competitive so try your hardest but do not do it because of your environment, do it because you want to become a successful person.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
