Not officially out yet... You must have done research yourself...unfortunately, you can find some specs about the SR606, such as from this link: avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?p=133... but I have not seen any pricing yet. Some say it will be announced in April for May ordering. If, this is a replacement for the SR605, then the price should not be much different from the SR605, which is about $400 or even less in street price, with MSRP of $599.So I can only imagine that the MSRP for the SR606 will be close to $599.

In the mean time, BH is taking preorders for the replacement of SR505: SR506. bhphotovideo.com/c/product/543832-REG/On... You get the idea.By looking at the spec, the SR606 is impressive. Well, everybody has to wait.

1 b&h is also taking pre-orders for the 576 for $400, which also looks promising, assuming you can pull audio from hdmi. I don't think the 506 will be able to pull audio from hdmi. I figure someone has pricing on the 606 though.

2 looks like the 576 has HDMI switching, which means the HDMI audio will be sent over to the speakers. The current SR605 already has the switching ability. If the spec had said "HDMI pass through", then the audio would only be passed over to the HDMI output, and you would need a seperate audio input.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
