That's because, since Y! A "upgraded" this site, they have allowed level 7 users to be able to change categories on questions. There are some jerks who just love MIScategorizing the R&S questions on purpose to totally unrelated categories.

This practice, of course, is AGAINST THE GUIDELINES of Y! A, and if these people keep doing it, they can be suspended or removed entirely. I know that when I notice these purposely miscategorized questions, I will make the "move" back to R&S (Politics is also a popular categorize for this behavior).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
