In which family guy episode is peter electricman?

No meals on wheels peter is tired of mort goldman mooching of him so he makes a scare-Jew (scare-crow dressed as tler) out of his suit so the family go to a second hand store to buy a new one but peter decides to buy some flannel pjamas he soon realises he can shock people when he rubs his feet on the carpet so Lois decides to get rid of the carpet when they find an old coin worth 50,000 dollars. The family soon use the money to make a resturaunt called big peteys house of munch but they soon lose customers so then joe asks if his friends can use it as a hangout because the last one became too portorgise at first peter thought it was great but then he realises that all joes friends are all parapalegics so he tries to stop them. After a big fight with joe and the other cripples peter breaks his leg and has to be in a wheelchair for 2 weeks.

Peter finds out how hard it is to be in a wheelchair so he goes and apologises to joe for being a jack*ss.
