From your question, sounds like it's an Irish name. So considering you are neither Irish nor do you live in Ireland then my answer is definitely NO! It's incredibly hard to pronounce, or even to guess at the pronunciation.
Your daughter would constantly be telling people how to say and spell it. And even if it was obvious, the sound of Seer-sha is not that pretty sounding... so maybe ask her to come up with some alternatives!
