Is caned turkey gravy good for me?

Natural is the best, but once in awhile why not, smiles and Good luck.

If punishing food makes you happy, then I guess it's good for you. I wonder what the gravy did to deserve such a punishment? ---Real answer: It depends on the ingredients, although I don't think gravy is particularly healthy in any real form.

If it comes in a can, it likely has chemicals for preservatives and a high sodium content. I just avoid the stuff altogether. If you can find natural gravy without artificial stuff, it's probably a step up.

Canned anything is not really "good" for you. I mean it won't kill you...if you have it rarely.

Better to make your own as most canned products have a lot of preservatives and salt. Very easy to make your own. In a good sized saucepan add celery, carrots and an onion and some fresh parsley.

Add about four cups of water and simmer until veggies are tender. Discard veggies then add about a 1/4 cup of cornstarch to the boiling stock. Stir constantly until as thick as you like it.

Very good and no preservatives.

I'd say no, but it wouldn't stop me from eating it, if it tasted good that is.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
