Is having sex with someone who is drunk considered rape?

The whole idea is that when your intoxicated, your unable to consent to sex, even though the male or female has consented, because your under the influence of a substance that can change your state of mind. This is the really messed up part, but if both people are drinking and drunk, and consented to it, then the way the law is set up in some states, the first person to call the cops first, the other person is guilty and going away for a long time. This is not an opinion, this is fact.

This is abused everyday by worthless people who have no life and want revenge on the other person for some thing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
